Replays seemed to show Eaton beat the throw, with the crowd showing strong support during the replay process. But on further review, Eaton's foot was there in time but seemed to bounce over the plate and gave Castro the chance to tag him out.
With two outs in the fifth, Castro hit a long fly ball down the right-field line that was ruled foul as it just missed connecting with the bottom of the foul pole. After Astros manager Bo Porter asked for a crew chief review, the ruling on the field was confirmed, and Castro flew out to left field to end the inning.
