Braves at the plate: Atlanta did not log its first hit until the seventh inning, when Jose Borchard doubled off Doug Brocail. The Braves scored five runs off Brocail during that frame.

Astros at the plate: Lance Berkman was 1-for-3, with a solo homer in the fifth and two runs scored. Brad Ausmus logged three hits, all singles, and drove in two runs. Ty Wigginton went 2-for-4 with a double and two RBIs. Jose Cruz Jr. walked in three of his four plate appearances.

Braves on the mound: Starter Jair Jurrjens allowed four runs on four hits with four walks and one strikeout over 2 2/3 innings. Ryan Drese pitched two innings of relief, allowing five runs on three hits with two walks.

Astros on the mound: Starter Roy Oswalt threw six no-hit innings, striking out seven. Brocail yielded five runs in the fifth.

Grapefruit League records: Braves 10-7-2, Astros 8-11.

Up next for the Braves: The Braves will travel to Jupiter, Fla., on Sunday to play the Cardinals at 1:05 p.m. ET. Left-hander Tom Glavine will take the mound for Atlanta, and he'll face St. Louis righty Todd Wellemeyer.

Up next for the Astros: The Astros host the Mets at Osceola County Stadium on Sunday at 12:05 p.m. CT. Right-hander Chris Sampson will make his third appearance and first start of the spring. It'll be his first outing since he was scratched on Tuesday because of a stiff neck. Houston will face New York righty Nelson Figueroa.
